Senior Rep Program

Our Senior Rep Program may be for you.

We are looking for fun seniors interested in becoming senior representatives. Applicants must be current high school juniors who will be seniors in the the fall of 2012 to help promote our business to their friends (and of course classmates). One male and one female senior will be chosen from each high school in the following towns where we have participation:

• Jacksonville, Florida
• Fernandina, Florida
• Yulee, Florida 
• Lake City, Florida
• Kingsland, Georgia
• Brunswick, Georgia
• St. Simons, Georgia
• Jesup, Georgia
• Waycross, Georgia
• Douglas, Georgia
• Pearson, Georgia
• Valdosta, Georgia

We  will be collecting applications until February 29, 2012 from those wanting to apply to become a DCW Photography representative. Reps will be chosen by March 10th. If you are currently a high school junior or know a high school junior who might like to be a senior rep, here’s what you need to know:

If accepted, you will be representing DCWilliams Photography, LLC by telling your friends about our Senior Sessions throughout your senior year. Be sure to let your Junior friends know also, so they will have a chance to apply for the 2013 program! For every friend you refer us to, you will receive special discounts on your print orders.

In order to be a senior rep, you must:

• Have great style, lots of personality and enjoy being in front of the camera.
• Be a current high school junior graduating in 2013.
• Live in and attend school in any of the towns listed above.
•  Be available to have one session completed before April 1st, 2012.
• Agree to tell your friends and classmates about DCWilliams Photography, LLC and share your senior portraits with them.
• Have your parents or legal guardians sign a model release form.
• Agree to represent ONLY DCWilliams Photography during this time.

As part of our senior rep program you will receive the following:

• Free photo session(s) with unlimited clothing changes. Photos may be completed in one session or several sessions. Multiple locations may be used.
• The opportunity to earn print credit for every person they refer to DCW for senior portraits.
• 50 personalized referral cards to give to friends and classmates with your name, a portrait, and our business information to hand out to friends
• Many photos as low-resolution files to share on social networking sites like Facebook, Myspace or blogs (with our logo on them).
• Discounts on your print orders (discounts apply to orders purchased before expiration of gallery).
• A $50 gift card will be awarded to the representative with the highest number of photo business cards turned in by October 31, 2012.

Referral Discounts:
1-3 Referrals – 50% off your session fee and 3 digital files from your session
4-6 Referrals –No session fee and 7 digital files from your session
7-9 Referrals –No session fee and 11 digital files from your session
10-12 Referrals – No session fee and 17 digital files from your session
13+ Referrals – No session fee and 32 digital files from your session & 3 mini accordion albums.

When your referral books a paid session they must either bring in your rep card or mail it to us. Once we have gotten your rep card from your referral(s) you will receive the above mentioned discounts - according to the amount of referrals you bring to us. The referral program is not limited to senior portraits.

Rep Cards will be received by April 20, 2012.


Terms and conditions are listed below for all Senior Representatives.

• The first photo session must be completed by April 1st of the Junior Year and all additional sessions need to be scheduled by August 1st, 2012. 
• Parents or legal guardians of the Senior Rep must sign a model release allowing us to use your images for advertising purposes. 
• A valid Senior Rep Referral Card must be presented by the referred person in order to receive any credits toward prints. 
• Credits will only be issued when the referred person’s session is completed and all fees are paid for.

The program is first come, first serve, so act fast if you are interested.
Interested students should submit all information by Wednesday, February 29, 2012. Reps will be chosen by March 10th 2012. Reps will be contacted if chosen and also announced here on the blog as well as facebook. No more than two reps will be chosen from each school.
